Emily Schultz

Emily Schultz is the co-founder of Joyland. She's the author of the recently released novel Heaven Is Small (Anansi, 2009) and Songs for the Dancing Chicken (ECW, 2007), a finalist for the 2008 Trillium Prize for Poetry.

Cedrick Mendoza-Tolentino

Cedrick Mendoza-Tolentino was born and grew up in Toronto before going to Columbia University where he graduated with honors in the Creative Writing Program. He has been published in a number of places, most recently Slow Trains and Plain Spoke. Mendoza-Tolentino is currently a law student and working on a novel.
